| Introduction : The Connecting Business initiative (CBi) is a joint project of the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). CBi will convene its 2023 Annual Meeting in Istanbul, Türkiye from the 9th to 13th of October 2023 and requires a conference venue and hotel accommodation for its participants as specified below.
CBi is seeking a supplier to provide (a) hotel accommodations and (b) conference rooms and networking/meeting spaces during CBi’s 2023 Annual Meeting. The supplier must comply, provide, and perform in accordance with the detailed requirements and needs of present RFQ
Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide. In case you have never registered before, you can register a profile using the registration link shared via the procurement notice and following the instructions in guides available in the UNDP website: https://www.undp.org/procurement/business/resources-for-bidders.
