The consultant is expected to undertake consultations with other members of the LT-LEDS development team to ensure that the outcome of the assessment informs the LT-LEDS vision, Roadmap and methodology. The consultant is also required to consult widely with all stakeholders involved in the NDC development and implementation. The assessment is expected to be gender-responsive by using a gender lens and the LNOB concept in the assessment process and methods in order to ensure that the long term vision and the strategy are inclusive and promote equality Period of assignment/services: 3 Months Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.
