The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Timor-Leste hereby invites the legal entities to participate in the competition for the cleaning and gardening services in UN House compound, Dili, Timor-Leste.
Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements. Should you require further clarifications, kindly communicate using the messaging functionality in the system. The Pre-Bid Conference will be held on September 19, 2023 (Tuesday), at 10.30 am (Dili time). Venue: UN House, Caicoli Street, Dili, Timor-Leste for those who may participate offline and the ZOOM link will be provided for the Bidders who may participate online.

Interested bidders should send an email to above address and express their interest to participate in pre-proposal meeting. UNDP shall send the ZOOM invitation to interested bidders before the meeting.
A site inspection will be held on September 15, 2023, at 10.00 am (Dili time). Bidders should arrange site visits at their own cost and shall coordinate the site visits no later than 2 days in advance with the Procurement unit via procurement.staff.tp@undp.org
The site inspection is highly recommended.
