The main objective of this consultancy is to develop an online database for the MEPD that will enable better storage and retrieval of information. To this end, the consultancy will work closely with the office of the Chief Economist to: - Undertake a comprehensive assessment of the current systems used to manage data at MEPD with the sole intention of identifying a technical solution that has multifunctionality and capability in data management and retrieval.
- Build web-based database for MEPD that not only stores and retrieve data, but also allow for a interactive generation of frontend analytics and reports.
- Train the team members for data entry and extraction.
