This is to inform you that UNDP BD has published an RFQ for Hiring a firm to provide infrastructure as a Service for Forerunner Technical Platform with assessment, job recommendation and learning management system capabilities for Forerunner project.
Please be informed that UNDP has moved to Oracle Cloud ERP (QUANTUM). Quantum is replacing the previous e-Tendering System for bidders to participate in business opportunities with UNDP.
Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide. if you have an account, log in to this link: http://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org using your username and password. Requests for clarifications against the RFQ from bidders will not be accepted any later than 19 September 2023. The vendor must mention "Query" against RFQ No-UNDP-BGD-00254” in the subject line and send it to bd.procurement@undp.org before Quantum registration OR through Quantum MESSAGE option after registration. Responses to requests for clarification will be communicated by 20 September 2023.
