| Introduction : The Project is seeking to engage a firm as a consultant for the following services: 1. To coordinate, supervise, and monitor the construction works (pre-, during, and post) and ensure the quality assurance of the implementation of the EVCS, which include construction, installation and training activities (Lot 1 and Lot 2); 2. To conduct a feasibility study for EVCS in Baguio City to support the specification, regulation, and implementation of electric vehicles and protocols and guidelines and the commercialization of electric vehicles in public transport (Lot 3); and 3. To undertake technical coordination and monitoring work in relation to the EVCS construction for Lots 1 and 2. This engagement will specifically support the activities of the LCT Project on establishing EVCS in partner pilot cities with due consideration of the standards ang guidelines of pertinent laws, regulations, and plans such as, but not limited to, Republic Act 11697 (Electric Vehicle Industry Development Act) and Comprehensive Roadmap for the Electric Vehicle Industry (CREVI).
