Introduction
NDP on behalf of UNODC seeks a firm for the Development of Explanatory Videos on Cryptocurrency-related Crime and Digital Evidence for Southeast Asia
The contractor will undertake the following:
Ø Concept Development: The company will collaborate with UNODC's cybercrime team to create a clear, compelling narrative 3 videos highlighting key points about cryptocurrency-related crimes and digital evidence in the context of Southeast Asia.
Ø Scriptwriting: Three scripts on crypto currency related crimes will be drafted in English. All scripts shall be reviewed and approved by the UNODC cybercrime team to ensure their accuracy and relevance.
Ø Storyboard and Filming: Utilizing the approved scripts, the company will create storyboards and subsequently, animated with infographics videos. The three videos should be engaging, culturally sensitive, and accessible to a wide demographic. And each one should have a duration of no more than 5 minutes.
Ø Voiceover Recording: Voiceovers for the videos will be recorded in both English by professional voice actors. These recordings should be of high quality, clear, and easy to understand.
Ø Post-production and Editing: The contractor shall finalize the videos, synchronizing them with the voiceovers, background music, adding subtitles, and any other editing necessary to ensure the videos are polished and professional.
Ø Presentation and Revision: The contractor shall present the videos to UNODC's cybercrime team and a select group of test audience to be identified by UNODC with a view towards eliciting feedback on each video. Revisions shall be made accordingly thereafter.
Final Delivery: The final videos shall be recorded and submitted in either MP4, MOV, AVI format in at 4K resolution and should be accompanied by a timestamped closed caption file in suitable format (VTT, SRT, SBV). Captions should not be burnt into the video. Submissions should be accompanied by a certification that all videos are original and do not infringe on third party rights.
