Introduction
UNDP through Developing Climate Resilience Livelihoods in the Vulnerable Watersheds in Nepal (DCRL) has been implementing various interventions in Lower Dudhkoshi watershed located in between Khotang and Okhaldhunga districts which comprises total 8 municipalities in both districts. To strengthen the Department of Forests and Soil Conservation (DoFSC) on data informed planning in concerned with watershed and support on establishment of a spatial Data Initiative (SDI) as a data repository and single source of data the DCRL project is supporting Geographic Information System (GIS) lab equipment's. The RAC equipment/tools were finalized based on the need assessment of 4 training centers:
This RFQ document is prepared for the procurement of Geographic Information System (GIS) Lab equipment which will be installed in GIS Lab of DoFSC at Kathmandu.
The required items/equipment are as below (for more details please refer to BoQ and details of specification).
i) 3 sets of Desktop Computers (two different specification as mentioned in details specification)
ii) 1 set of Color Printer
iii) 1 set of Wall Monitor
iv) 2 sets of GPS handheld
