UNDP seeks a national consultant to contribute to strengthening the Monitoring and Evaluation Framework of the development Results-based Monitoring and Evaluation . The consultant will contribute to design and development of a results-based M&E framework with result-based indicators for each level, and sources of verification and Institutionalize the M&E system at government and pilot ministries.
The duration of initial contract will be 85 days.
