| Introduction :
The contractor will design, test, pilot, produce, create 2 administrative portals (Portals 1 and 2), provide hosting and support the delivery of 3 e-learning courses (Courses A, B and C) that will be used to engage learners from Arab countries across the target groups, including mid-level and senior-level officials (both technical and non-technical personnel) and non-governmental stakeholders) as well as a separate course for high school or university students. The contractor will also provide a communications kit for each course. The duration of Course A is expected to be up to 10 hours (on Portal 1); Course B will be up to 20 hours and Course C will be up to 30 hours (on Portal 2). The specifics will be discussed and agreed with UNDP and stakeholders in the project startup period. The work will be caried out under the guidance of and in close coordination with UNDP and designated stakeholders.
