| Introduction : The overall goal of this Terms of Reference is to adapt to the existing billing system (software) for the implementation of a non-cash system for collecting membership fees for WUAs and paying for water supply and drainage water disposal services to a service provider - Agency for Land Reclamation and Irrigation (ALRI) and its district departments. Particularly this assignment includes (a) compiling a register of WUA members and water users, (b) developing and adaptation of a billing system in the target areas of the project (d) transfer of billing data to the Irrigation Management Information System (IMIS) of the ALRI. Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
