Introduction
The Object of engaging a service provider for maintenance and servicing of air conditioning units is to provide equipment curative and preventative maintenance support services to ensure optimal equipment functionality and minimize downtime that would occur in the event of equipment failure.
The service provider will provide timely maintenance (preventative and curative maintenance) and faulty resolution of the existing Air Conditioning Units at the UN Sub Office. Preventative and Curative maintenance can be summarized into six maintenance service areas as per TORs
Interested suppliers are invited to participate in a tender process for Maintenance and Servicing of Air Conditioning Units at the UN Sub Office in Zanzibar as per Terms of Reference provided in the tender document.
Site visit: Thursday 9th November 2023 at 10:00AM - UNDP Zanzibar Sub Office, 4th Floor ZSTC Investment building, Malawi Road Zanzibar.
