| Introduction : Scope of work The contractor shall provide repair, maintenance, and installation services for the following work in the UN House and provide one full-time standby staff for the below tasks; Electrical System, General Maintenance, Plumbing, Carpentry, Masonry, and Painting. The scope of work also includes maintaining all logbooks, register, schedules, checklist, monthly report, and SOPs separately for each area of work. This includes maintaining a logbook on a daily basis, weekly, and monthly basis and reporting to the Common Service Admin and Finance Associate.
