Introduction
The UNDP Project ‘Promoting Elections for the People of Libya’ (PEPOL Project) (PEPOL) is part of the integrated UNSMIL/UNDP Electoral Support Team (UNEST). UNEST has successfully supported in the past decade and years electoral processes in Libya by providing technical, operational and advisory support to the High National Election commission (HNEC). This Request for Proposal is part of UNDP’s ongoing support to HNEC through the PEPOL project and Local Governance Project and aims to strengthen HNEC’s ability to manage and maintain a sustainable voter registration system in Libya.
Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide. n case you have never registered before, you can register a profile using the registration link shared via the procurement notice and following the instructions in the guides available in UNDP website: https://www.undp.org/procurement/business/resources-for-bidders .
