| Introduction : La facilité régionale pour la Stabilisation du PNUD, dans le cadre du mécanisme de stabilisation de la région du Liptako Gourma, lance un appel à candidature pour le recrutement de cabinet pour le "Recruitment of a videography/photography cabinet" "Under the direct supervision of the Head of Stabilisation and the direction of the Communication Specialist and with reference to the Project Manager and other field managers in Mali and Burkina Faso, the contractor will be responsible for producing 8 videos and a selection of 200 images. The assignment will be at selected target sites of the Stabilization Facility project in Mali and Burkina Faso. The aim of the video project will be to show the impact of stabilisation on the lives of communities. The protagonists of the videos will be mainly young people and women as well as local partners involved in the response. Formal consent will have to be obtained for each protagonist and for each person appearing in the videos. The main subjects to be covered will be identified and specified prior to the mission, along with the precise locations and community members and partners available for interviews."
