Introduction : Nos es grato dirigirnos a usted a fin de invitarle a la presentación de una SOLICITUD DE PROPUESTA PNUD-ECU-SdP-ADQ-22- 191903 - “Diseño y construcción de un sitio web para el recorrido virtual de la ruta de narradores de la ciudad de Esmeraldas” La Propuesta deberá ser presentada en archivos separados: uno que contenga la propuesta técnica en el formato y otro con la propuesta económica en el formato. Para el efecto, le solicitamos utilizar y rellenar los formularios adjuntos en el Anexo 2. Su Propuesta deberá ser presentada hasta las 17h00 del lunes 05 de septiembre de 2022 (Hora Oficial de Ecuador UTC-5) a través del sistema QUANTUM (http://supplier.nextgenerp.partneragencies.org/) Si aún no tiene una cuenta, puede registrar una siguiendo este enlace: https://estm.fa.em2.oraclecloud.com/fscmUI/faces/PrcPosRegisterSupplier?prcBuId=300000127715271 No cree un nuevo perfil si ya tiene uno. Cualquier retraso en la respuesta del PNUD no podrá ser utilizado como motivo para ampliar el plazo de presentación, a menos que el PNUD decida que considera necesaria dicha ampliación y comunique un nuevo plazo límite a los solicitantes.
