Introduction : The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Philippines is actively seeking an LTA hotel facility with a function hall for an event in Davao City, Philippines that can provide the following requirements: Date: 27 November - 2 December 2023 Location: Davao City, Philippines Time: whole day Round-table set up Meals - AM/PM Snacks, Lunch, Dinner Twin-sharing room accommodation (with complimentary breakfast) Check-in: 27 November 2023 Check-out: 2 December 2023 Function Hall: One (1) big conference hall (can accommodate 80 pax with social distancing) with audio facilities and sufficient space with observance of physical/social distancing (1) LCD Projector with Projection Screen (5) Wireless Microphones (3) Whiteboard (1) Rostrum/podium (5) Secretariat Table High-speed internet connection Clear, high-quality audio system AM/PM Snacks Beverages: soft drink, tea, free-flowing coffee Standby waiter and operator Complimentary water dispenser Twin-sharing rooms with complimentary breakfast Kindly refer to the enclosed event checklist for the comprehensive breakdown of the event's requirements. Your VAT-exclusive quotation should be submitted no later than Monday, 20 November 2023.
