| Introduction : Dear Candidate,
The Independent Evaluation Office of UNDP (IEO) will conduct an evaluation of UNDP’s organizational effectiveness and efficiency, as part of its multiyear programme of work 2022-2025, approved by the UNDP Executive Board in February 2022. The purpose of the evaluation is to inform UNDP programming and accountability to the Executive Board. The evaluation will be presented at the first regular session of the UNDP Executive Board in January 2025.
The UNDP IEO seeks a senior evaluation consultant to support IEO in developing the evaluation concept note.
The following are the expected deliverables of the consultancy: • Draft and revised desk review reports in line with the template/outline discussed with IEO. • Draft and revised evaluation concept note outlining the scope and methodological framework and approach of the evaluation.
All the outputs will be produced in English, following agreed upon templates and standards for IEO products and publication guidelines.
