Introduction
Dear Service provider,
UNDP would like to procure LAN Works -at UNDSS Office - Re-trunk Office Networks, Review & repair the network points., Re-cabling the LAN Network, PABX system update, repair and adding 2 intercoms as per the BoQs in attached:-
Site survey is mandatory - you are kindly requested to attend a mandatory site survey at the premises as per the below details;

- Location: At UNDSS Office, Plot 4, Moyo Close- Kololo
Please submit online on the Quantum supplier portal, not later than 30th November 2023, in Ugandan shillings, addressed to UNDP Uganda stating clearly whether the prices are inclusive or exclusive of VAT and any other taxes that may be applicable. Your letterhead should clearly show your tax identification number, TIN.
Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide. In case you have never registered before, you can register a profile using the registration link shared via the procurement notice and following the instructions in guides available in the UNDP website: https://www.undp.org/procurement/business/resources-for-bidders. Do not create a new profile if you already have one. Use the forgotten password feature in case you do not remember the password or the username from previous registration.
