Please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2, in preparing your Proposal. Proposals may be submitted directly in the portal on or before the deadline indicated in the system. It is your responsibility to ensure that your quotation is submitted before the deadline. Offers received after the submission deadline outside the online portal, for whatever reason, will not be considered for evaluation.
Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
