Introduction
SCOPE OF TENDER
The international consultancy firm shall carry out the priority work on two key components (1) development of five insurance regulations and supporting the MMA to implement the regulations in the Maldives and (2) conduct a feasibility study to assess the scope for a commercially viable national insurance scheme to protect the coral reef system in the Maldives.
The successful firm is expected to keep a resident insurance expert physically at MMA who will perform the role of a subject matter expert supporting the regulation development process, while also fulfilling the role of coordinator liaising with the relevant teams of the firm to carry out all the components of this project.
