Introduction
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit your Expression to the Request for Information (RFI) UNDP-UKR-00526: RFI from non-governmental organisations (CSOs/NGOs) within the framework of the small initiatives administration programme, to identify the interest of CSOs/NGOs in potential partnership with the UNDP, Ukraine in 2024 for the implementation of the task to administer small grants initiatives in the areas of community security, recovery, social cohesion, access to justice, community policing, conflict transformation, youth initiatives and participation, (re)integration of veterans and internally displaced people, advocacy, gender equality under the international technical assistance projects to support initiative groups of active citizens (not registered as NGOs, with no or very limited experience in implementing project initiatives).
The administration of small initiatives involves the selected partner in supporting initiative groups in the process of development, implementation (including procurement of goods and services, transferring them to the balance sheet of final recipients (organisations and institutions of communal and state ownership, executive bodies of local authorities and self-government, civil society organisations that are beneficiaries of UNDP programme activities), organisation of events) and reporting on mini-initiatives as well as organizing monitoring in the process of initiatives implementation.
Interested participants must submit their expressions directly in Quantum Supplier Portal following this link: http://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org using the profile you may have in the portal. Follow the instructions in the user guide to search for the tender using Negotiation ID in this document.
In case you have never registered before, you can register a profile using the registration link shared via the procurement notice and following the instructions in guides available in UNDP website: https://www.undp.org/procurement/business/resources-for-bidders. Do not create a new profile if you already have one. Use the forgotten password feature in case you do not remember the password or the username from previous registration.
Search for the specific tender using search filters and subscribe to the tender in order to get notifications in case of amendments of the tender document.
