Description of the Assignment:  The Consultant is expected to perform the tasks in two main areas:

 Area 1: Result Based Management:

·         Supports effective management of the independent evaluation process

·         Supports Programme & Project Management on Quality Assurance

·         Result Oriented Annual Reporting (ROAR) and Integrated Work Planning

Area 2: Gender Seal Application Preparation:

·        Country Office preparation for Gender Seal Assessment in 2025

 Institutional Arrangement

The RBM Consultant will work under the overall guidance of the Deputy Resident Representative and under the direct supervision of the Head of Programme Support Unit (PSU). The position will also work closely with the UNDP Programme Associates and Programme Consultant for in the Country Office.

 Period of assignment/services: 38 working days over 2 months.
