Introduction :

UNDP undertook the rehabilitation some infrastructure in Mayukwayukwa Resettlement Scheme, which included; a Police Post, market toilets, community hall and department of Resettlement Field office. From initiation of works, the rehabilitation has been taken upto 70% of the works. It therefore follows that UNDP would like to engage a company that can fully complete the rehabilitation works within a period of 4 weeks as specified within the Scope of works provided as annex to this document.

 All rehabilitation works have so far been undertaken at Shibanga market area and Service centre within Mayukwayukwa Resettlement Scheme where the sites for works are situated.  The scope works include foundation excavation works, concrete works, blockworks, sanitary works etc for the following construction works:
