These events can vary in size and location and are hosted by a variety of internal and external participants including high-level dignitaries, stakeholders from the private sector and civil society, donors, other UN agencies, and UN staff members. UNDP is an international organization with a multi-ethnic, multi-lingual population that represents member nations from throughout the world. Bidders are expected to demonstrate their ability to meet the varied tastes, preferences, and cultural backgrounds of this diverse population
UNDP Malaysia Country Office, on behalf of the participating UN Agencies looking for services providers for the provision of conference facilities and hotel accommodation services in order to organize meetings in Kuching, Malaysia. Some other UN Agencies may piggyback on UNDP LTA to establish their LTAs.
