To accomplish the multi-year work plan goals, the UNDP Insurance and Risk Financing Facility (IRFF) seeks a responsible International Consultant to assist in implementing Vietnam's risk finance and risk understanding training program. The primary objective is to enhance the technical capacity of government stakeholders and UNDP country office staff in measuring and understanding risk and developing informed risk finance and insurance solutions and strategies. Description of the Assignment: 18 working days from February 2024 – April 2024.
