| Introduction : Country: Ukraine Project Name: Mayors for Economic Growth Facility Title of assignment: National Consultant on Pathways for Economic Growth (P4EG) methodology translation and adaptation for Ukraine’s context Duty Station: Home-based Period of assignment/services: March - July 2024 Main objectives of the assignment: The overall objective of the assignment is to analyze and adapt the Pathways for Economic Growth (P4EG) methodology to the current context in Ukraine considering the national and local legislation. Scope of work: The National Consultant on on Pathways for Economic Growth (P4EG) methodology translation and adaptation for Ukraine’s context will be responsible for conducting the following activities:
· Analys the existing P4EG methodology and elaborate its Ukrainian version, which should be aligned with the existing national legislation and regulations framing the processes of strategic planning at the local level, including the recovery planning, and present it to the Project Team and relevant stakeholders. · Collect the feedback from the Project Team and relevant stakeholders, carefully analyse it, and integrate it where relevant into the final version of the methodology. · Based on the finalized Ukrainian version of the P4EG methodology, prepare a set of Recommendations for Ukrainian local authorities on how to apply this methodology while developing various types of strategic documents and plans, as well as programs and projects for recovery and development. · Present the Recommendations to the Project Team and key stakeholders.
