Introduction

SCOPE OF TENDER: Long-Term Agreements for the Provision of Hotel Services inside Kathmandu Valley for conducting national and international workshops, meetings, seminars and accommodation services to UNDP and its project offices.

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Nepal wishes to enter into Long-term Agreement with multiple hotels located inside Kathmandu Valley for conducting national and international workshops, trainings, meetings, seminars for UNDP and its project offices.

The UNDP is soliciting quotations from hotels with relevant experience and qualifications to provide these services. The bidding hotels should be legally constituted and formally registered in Nepal.

Long Term Agreements (LTAs) will be signed with the selected bidder/s for a period of one year with the provision of an extension for an additional two years, based on satisfactory performance.

The approximate value of LTA threshold for three years (based on the previous year’s spending & forthcoming requirements) will be tentative USD 180,000.00.

This is just an estimated figure, and not a guaranteed volume, and this should not be considered as a promise to do the business with selected bidder. The figure is provided to reflect the volume of the business and scope of services.

In order to facilitate the transition and better collaborate on the move in Quantum, UNDP Nepal Procurement Unit will conduct a training session on Quantum for the bidders during the pre-bid meeting to be held on 15 February 2024 at 14:00-15:30 pm at UN Conference Hall, UN House, Pulchowk, Lalitpur. To participate in pre-bid meeting kindly confirm your registration/availability in advance at email query.procurement.np@undp.org by 14 February 2024 to facilitate your easy access to UN House premises.
