Short description: UNDP is seeking a firm or CSO to conduct post-election public perception survey.
Specifically, firm or CSO will be required to:
a) Adapt/update the existing methodology and determine sample size and distribution of the respondents.
b) Recruit and train enumerators to conduct the survey.
c) Set the survey questions in the Kobo or other data collection tool, including setting the experimentall questions.
d) Prepare a plan for interview with key informants such as men, women, persons living with disabilities, youth, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
e) Develop data collection and dissemination plan.
f) Conduct a face-to-face survey including the geo-locations/GPS coordinates of respondents.
g) Submit the cleared data battery for analysis by the UNDP, DI and researchers by the University of Michigan.
h) Submit a report, incorporating the data and analysis from the survey.
The interested firm or CSO is invited to submit the technical proposal to implement the survey according to the attached methodology with the clear timeline for implementation, and introduction of key personnel, including their qualifications and skills, together with the financial proposal. The financial proposal is to be submitted in sufficient detail. To support its application, the firm or CSO is also required to submit relevant certification to prove its qualifications as stipulated in requirements section – Recruitment and qualifications. The firm or CSO is also required to provide a proof of successful completion of the survey in the past, e.g. survey samples.
