Main objectives of the assignment: UNDP seeks the services of a qualified National Consultant to design an online learning course on Osvita.Diia.gov.ua portal for municipality workers, planning to organise youth-focused internships at their workplace for the Osvita.diia.gov.ua portal. The aim of this online course is to equip municipality workers with relevant knowledge and skills on how to better include youth in the working processes of the municipality and/or local self-government body.
The Consultant will be responsible for creating of an online course suitable for governmental employees, HR managers, municipality workers planning to organize internships for young people, including:
Develop and provide the UNDP, Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service, and Osvita.Diia team with the two (2) options of the format and content of the online course;
- Provide the narrative script for each episode of the module. Narrative script should be developed in cooperation with the pull of invited experts for each module, approved by UNDP, NACS and MYS team;
- Capturing, editing and finalizing the video and audio materials for each module of the course and supporting materials. Uploading those video materials on the Osvita.diia.gov.ua platform.

HOW TO SUBMIT A BID/PROPOSAL:
Proposal should be submitted directly and only in the Quantum portal no later than indicated deadline following this link: http://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org using the already registered profile you may have in the Quantum portal.
To submit your bid/proposal in the Quantum you/your Company should be registered first. Instructions on how to submit a bid/proposal are attached to the negotiation and also available via the links below in English and Ukrainian.
You can indicate whether you are interested/intend to submit a bid/proposal by creating a draft response for Quantum negotiation without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements.
