Introduction :

Country: Malaysia

Descriptions of the Assignment: The assignment entails a comprehensive approach, beginning with the compilation and analysis of data, alongside a thorough examination of policy and legal documents to identify specific development needs. Following this, a detailed market analysis will be conducted for the identified White Spaces, encompassing market trends, supply chains, and the investment landscape to gauge the momentum within the private sector.

The exploration continues with a review of policy and regulatory documents and stakeholder interviews, aimed at highlighting challenges or gaps in the identified White Spaces. Drawing on cases from Malaysia and/or international best practices, the goal is to craft policy recommendations designed to address the identified investment gaps.
