Main objectives of the assignment: the objective of this communications initiative is to develop and place the communication materials to tell engaging and positive stories of civil society work in supporting Ukraine’s resilience.
The Expert shall produce and ensure the publication of six (6) articles, presented in a success story format, in national media outlet.Under supervision of the UNDP Civil Society Project Coordinator, the Individual consultant will be responsible for the following:
· Produce 6 (six) articles, each minimum 1200 words per story that capture the human-interest aspects and propose a media outlet for their placement and dissemination;
· Ensure (arrange) placement of prepared six (6) articles in a national media outlet.
All final products should be produced according to the plan outlined under each deliverable as specified in the Terms of reference.

HOW TO SUBMIT A BID/PROPOSAL:
Proposal should be submitted directly and only in the Quantum portal no later than indicated deadline following this link: http://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org using the already registered profile you may have in the Quantum portal.
To submit your bid/proposal in the Quantum you/your Company should be registered first. Instructions on how to submit a bid/proposal are attached to the negotiation and also available via the links below in English and Ukrainian.
You can indicate whether you are interested/intend to submit a bid/proposal by creating a draft response for Quantum negotiation without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements.
