Introduction
SECTION 1: LETTER OF INVITATION
United Nations Development Programme, hereinafter referred to as UNDP hereby invites prospective proposers to submit a proposal for 'Long Term Agreement for the Provision of Media Monitoring and Media Contacts Database Services'.
Please don't disclose your financial offer anywhere in your proposal otherwise your offer shall be disqualified.
