Introduction : UNDP invites prospective bidders with relevant experience in the field of ore processing and/or supply of system components for mining and related activities to submit a bid for Supply and Install of Mercury-free Gold Processing Equipment for Crushed and Milled Gold Ore. Under Kenya GOLD Mercury free ASGM Project, there is requirement to appoint one or more vendors for supply and install of mercury-free gold processing equipment at six (6) pilot sites under the following Lots:
• Lot 1: Migori County (2 sites) • Lot 2: Narok County (1 site) • Lot 3: Kakamega County (2 sites) • Lot 4: Vihiga County (1 site)
Bid is to be submitted per Lot. Bidders are allowed to bid for one or more Lots. A selected company must supply all equipment listed in each Lot, perform the installation work, conduct testing, and deliver training on operation and maintenance at a site.
Please note that the pre-bid conference (using Zoom meeting) is scheduled as follows:

Meeting details will be provided directly to the bidders who express interest in participating by email to pso.bids@undp.org or through a messaging functionality in Quantum e-Tendering messaging functionality.
