Introduction

Dear Bidder,

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Ukraine hereby invites you to submit a Quotation to the Request for Proposal UNDP-UKR-00606: Production of 60 human stories about people affected by the war in Ukraine and on the impact of UNDP’s support on their well-being


IMPORTANT NOTES:

1.      In case you do not have Supplier profile, please follow the link Registration of prospective bidder and be guided by Localized guide for Supplier profile registration Quantum Supplier registration brief manual UA v.4.pdf (undp.org) (UA)

2.      Do not create a new profile if you already have one. Use the forgotten password feature in case you do not remember the password or the username from previous registration.

3.      All the bidders are strongly encouraged to initiate the supplier registration in Quantum at least five days before the tender deadline.

4.      Please indicate that you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements. Should you require further clarifications, kindly communicate using the messaging functionality in the system.

Amendment

1 Section 3:DATA SHEET(DS) – article 7 Duties and taxes, amended to “Be exclusive of VAT and other applicable indirect taxes” 2 Section 3: DATA SHEET(DS) – article 23 Advance payment, amended to “Allowed up to a maximum of 20 % of contract value.” 3 Section 3: DATA SHEET(DS) – article 6 currencies – eliminated the typo “CNY” and corrected to “Prices shall be quoted only in the currency indicated in the system. ” 4 Since link in article 50 Bank guarantee for advance payment in Section 2 instruction to proposer is unable to be opened, attach Form L Advance payment template. 5 Amended the mandatory attachment requirement under Requirement – Section 2 Documents to be submitted – Question 8 CVs of Key personnels to optional. If supplier submitted their CVs of key personnel under Question 4 – Annex 2 – Proposal Submission Form, they don’t need to duplicated submission under Question 8.
