| Introduction : Country: Armenia Description of the Assignment: In the framework of the " Platform#5: Accelerating economic opportunities for women in Armenia" Project, the aim is to support the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs in fine-tuning the ALMP modality in advance of national scale-up by research to identify the key features of best-practice international ALMP educational programs (in countries identified by UNDP’s ALMP research), analyze the standards proposed by Armenia’s Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport regarding short-term educational programs to find compatibility with the ALMP educational programs modality, develop a monitoring and evaluation (M&E) plan to assess the educational outcomes of the ALMP program, design data collection tools, implement data collection and analysis, and ultimately deliver a final comprehensive evaluation report summarizing project performance, impact, and lessons learned.
Period of assignment/services: April – November 2024 (85 workdays) Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
