The specific objectives of this study are presented as below: 1) A detailed analysis of the potential for sustainability and replication of the project after project completion. This analysis will focus on the sustainability aspects as set out in the project’s approved Funding Proposal. 2) An analysis of a possible cross-subsidy water tariff system and proposal of possible schemes for collecting water tariffs. 3) An assessment of the willingness to pay by farmers for water related services/activities under Activity 1.2 to maintain and operate the water assets.
