| Introduction : UNDP in Viet Nam is looking for a national research institution/a national research-based consulting firm/a local non-government organization to conduct a study on the participation of senior women officials in the Party Committee at the local levels in Viet Nam.
The goals of this study are to review the status and propose policy recommendations to improve opportunities for women officials to participate in party committees at provincial, district, and commune levels, contributing to achieve the national targets set out in the current 2021-2030 National Gender Equality Strategy.
