Introduction : The main goal of this Portable Power Station tender is to provide reliable power supply during on-field activities and remote working of the UNDP and project staff in Haiti. The purpose of the field kit is to supply reliable and uninterrupted power supply to support the use of equipment and laptops. The purpose of the solar panels is to avail recharging the portable power station from solar resource; the portable power station shall be 100% compatible with plug-n-play use with one or multiple solar panels.
Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide. In case you have never registered before, you can register a profile using the registration link shared via the procurement notice and following the instructions in guides available in the UNDP web page: https://www.undp.org/procurement/business/resources-for-bidders. | Amendment : Following changes:
Requirement 1.2.1 Power Input - point 1 - "Minimum of two 230V AC output socket 230Vac at 50Hz" is replaced with "Minimum of two 110V AC output socket 110Vac at 60Hz"
Requirement 1.2.2 Power input - point 3 - "230V AC 50Hz minimum 10A input for charging via wall socket" is replaced with "120V AC 60Hz minimum 15A input for charging via wall socket"
Further, a requirement to offer two variants of the power station is added for 1500W in addition to the originally required power station with 2000W |
