Description of the Assignment: The consultant will support the project preparation activities in terms of data collection, review, and analysis of HCFC relevant data, organize workshops, and assist in developing strategy for RAC servicing sector for the HPMP III for Malaysia as per guidelines of Multilateral Fund for the Implementation of the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer, as well as in line with UNDP Programme and Project Management (PPM) and Programme and Operations Policies Procedures (POPP) Regulations for project development. Period of assignment/ services (if applicable): 85 days over the period (30 Jan to 30 Sep 2023) Proposal should be submitted directly to the portal no later than the indicated deadline.
