| Introduction : The proposed works to improve resilience and provide a more secured environment at the Belles Catholic Church. The buildings within the compound are to be used as an Emergency and/or Hurricane Shelter in the community of Belles in the Commonwealth of Dominica. The works was prepared in accordance with the Standard Method of Measurements of Buildings Works Seventh Editions (SMM7). Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide.
