Description of the Assignment: The primary objective of this consultancy is to support UNDP Armenia's SDG Innovation Lab in the digital transformation component of the “Resilience for All” project, focused on the provision of actual addresses and temporary protection certificates. Moreover, the consultant will be responsible for providing technical expertise, and actionable recommendations to advance digital transformation efforts of the Lab within the public sector. Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline. Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.
