- With reference to the ITB/UNDP-YEM-00283 dated 23 April 2024, UNDP Yemen now wishes to issue an amendment 1 to reflect the following:
· A typo has been identified in page 36 of the ITB under Previous Experience and has been rectified.
The paragraph should read now as follow:
| Capacity to undertake civil works including previous experience in similar contracts Minimum of three (3) projects of Civil Works (rehabilitation or new), construction of Complex construction including reinforced concrete, steel structures, electrical and mechanical works etc., successfully implemented during the past 10 years, with at least one (01) implemented contract should be construction/rehabilitation of marine infrastructure with a value of equal to or above US$ 800,000.00."

The revised ITB is attached to the event in Quantum titled “ ITB -UNDP-YEM-00283 for Oil Berth-Revised-30-April-2024.vr2” which revoking the old version.
