Introduction

The assignment’s specific objective is to provide a detailed analysis of asset management practices for 4 local governments in Bosnia and Herzegovina (the City of Prnjavor, the City of Laktaši, Žepče Municipality, Ilijaš Municipality), which vary in size, administrative and operational capacities.

For this purpose, a Legal Expert will be engaged to collaborate with a Finance and Accounting Expert as part of a team under the supervision of the PIPLS Project team

Specifically, the Consultant is expected to perform the following tasks: 

•         In-depth survey of asset management practices in 4 LGs administered;

• Analysis of legal and regulatory aspects as well as administrative and organizational set-up for asset management in 4 LGs prepared and presented to the LG representatives.
