Title of assignment: National Consultant to support Communications Outreach

 

Duty Station: Ukraine (local travel envisaged)

 

Period of assignment/services:  18 weeks.

 

Main objectives of the assignment: The overall objective of this assignment is to strengthen the communication efforts of the Project, focusing on developing a comprehensive communication strategy and creating outreach materials to raise awareness of the Project’s key initiatives in support of engaged municipalities.

 

Scope of work:

Under the supervision of the Regional Development Programme Manager and guidance of the M4EG Communication Analyst and RDP Communication Analyst, the National Consultant will be responsible for accomplishing the following tasks: 

1.       Develop outreach media pieces, such as articles, news pieces, audio pieces, blog posts, etc. (the format is defined by the Consultant and approved by the Supervisor) following the Project's communication plan and M4EG communication and visibility standards.

2.       Ensure placement of outreach materials in national media platforms, online media resources, social media resources, etc.

3.       Coordinate all media activities in close contact with the Project team.

HOW TO SUBMIT A BID/PROPOSAL:

Proposal should be submitted directly in Quantum portal no later than indicated deadline following the link: http://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org using the profile you may have in the portal. Do not create a new profile if you already have one. Use the forgotten password feature in case you do not remember the password or the username from previous registration.

Any request for clarification not related to registration issues must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in Quantum. UNDP will respond in writing.

Please indicate whether you intend to submit a proposal by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the announcement requirements.
