| Introduction : UNDP-BRA-00442 CONSULTORIA PARA ELABORAÇÃO DAS NORMAS DE REFERÊNCIA DE REDUÇÃO PROGRESSIVA E CONTROLE DAS PERDAS DE ÁGUA E REÚSO DOS EFLUENTES SANITÁRIOS TRATADOS O objetivo central do trabalho é o de levantar subsídios para a elaboração das Normas de Referência sobre redução progressiva e controle das perdas de água e reuso dos efluentes sanitários tratados, aplicável ao setor de saneamento básico, e dos manuais para implementação dos normativos, que poderão ser guias padronizadores e orientadores para o planejamento urbano e o desenvolvimento sustentável. A consultoria deverá subsidiar a ANA no processo de análise de impacto regulatório (AIR) das alternativas discutidas ao longo da construção dos normativos, bem como apoiar em questões técnicas que tenham repercussão nas normas de referência. O escopo do trabalho inclui o auxílio na elaboração das minutas de Norma de Referência e, após aprovação das normas pela diretoria da ANA (DIREC), a consultoria deverá produzir material para capacitação e manuais orientativos. CONSULTANCY SERVICES TO OFFER INPUTS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE REFERENCE STANDARDS FOR THE PROGRESSIVE REDUCTION AND CONTROL OF WATER LOSSES AND THE REUSE OF TREATED SANITARY EFFLUENTS The main objective of the work is to produce inputs for the drafting of the Reference Standards on the progressive reduction and control of water losses and the reuse of treated sanitary effluents, applicable to the basic sanitation sector, and the manuals for implementing the standards, which may provide guidance for urban planning and sustainable development. The consultancy must provide inputs to ANA in the regulatory impact assessment (Análise de Impacto Regulatório—AIR) of the alternatives discussed during the elaboration of regulations, as well as support in technical issues that may impact the Reference Standards. The scope of the work includes assistance in the preparation of the draft Reference Standards and, once they have been approved by ANA's Board of Directors (DIREC), the consultancy must produce training materials and guidance manuals.
