Description of the Assignment: Develop the PRED, including an implementation plan, a monitoring and evaluation framework, and resourcing plan, based on the concept note endorsed by FEMM.
The expected duration of this assignment is 70 working days with a start date of 20th February 2023 and planned to be completed by 31 August 2023.
