Description of the Assignment: National Consultant to enhance regulatory framework for electronic case management

!PLEASE NOTE: the currency of the proposal is UAH. Furthermore, UNDP will enter into a contract with the selected national consultant in UAH.
Main objectives of the assignment: to provide methodological support to the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine in the enhancement of the regulatory framework for electronic case management considering new emerging social services as prioritized by the MoSP.
It is expected that in terms of implementation of this assignment, the Consultant/Expert (Individual Contractor) will carry out the following activities:
- Develop recommendations for the MoSP on introducing amendments to the regulatory acts on social services provision pertaining to electronic case management considering at least four (4) up to six (6) new emerging social services (as prioritized by the MoSP.
- Propose amendments to the current national standards on social services provision regarding work accounting forms considering at least four (4) up to six (6) new emerging social services as prioritized by the MoSP.
- Design at least four (4) up to six (6) work accounting forms samples for new services as prioritized by the MoSP.
- Develop recommendations for the MoSP for amendments to the regulatory acts on social services provision to ensure digital case management tool compliance with the regulatory framework
All final products should be produced according to the plan outlined under each deliverable as specified in the Terms of reference.
