Main objectives of the assignment: to provide methodological support to the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine in the course of improvement of administering social services provision system and to develop recommendations on the curriculum within the electronic case management in alignment with the procedure of social services provision.
It is expected that in terms of implementation of this assignment, the Consultant/Expert (Individual Contractor) will carry out the following activities:
· Develop recommendations for the MoSP for the adjustment of the current process of administering social services provision system.
· Develop recommendations for the MoSP regarding the compliance of the methodology of administration and provision of social services and user experience.
· Develop methodological recommendations for the MoSP on the use of digital tools by case managers.
- Develop recommendations for the MoSP on the curriculum for electronic case management system users.
All final products should be produced according to the plan outlined under each deliverable as specified in the Terms of reference.
