| Amendment : 1. Attached the presentation slides in pre-bid conference held on 18 June 2024
2. Attached the list of questions and UNDP responses
3. Updated the minimum requirements by replacing "Oracle diamond level partner and featured Global Systems Integrator (GSI)" by "Oracle's featured Global Systems Integrator (GSI) partners" only. The changes were carried out to the subsequent documents including "section-5_ Schedule of Requirements" and the returnable forms templates
